It provides continuous training to its customers on how to use, handle and dispose lubricants in an environmentally friendly manner. The company is also applying the BP safety and quality rules, to ensure continuous product and process compliance and improvement.
Stock levels are based on sales forecasts as well as periodical sales volume increases. The company is able to meet most needs ex-stock. The sales and marketing department forecast the sales volume and the procurement departments base their procurement on those forecasts and previously achieved sales volume. In the event of unexpected demand of a certain product, there is a buffer stock which caters for such cases. The company can provide consignment stock for all products.
